Primarily, we are here to assist Western Men (WM) from around the world in the endeavors of international dating and marriage with Russia Women (RW) of what is known as the Former Soviet Union (FSU) and/or Common Wealth State (CIS). Because of the rapid changes occurring in the FSU/CIS, it is essential that current and relevant information be available and concise. This is done through a novel dynamic open forum format. It is our intent to educate and arm our members with the best information and advice so they can make the best possible decisions on how to proceed in their endeavor. Why We are Here Many sites are making money hand over fist in the Russian Bride field. Consequently, information is often biased. Even worse is that some commercial concerns are buying out other legitimate site sources of Russian Bride information to the point that it is difficult to recognize a commercial site from a non-commercial site. Since our inception (January 21, 2006), our incentive has not been the all mighty dollar. This is why we are free to provide commercially unbiased information. We realize that there is a need for a site that is devoid or commercial detractors, especially when dealing with such an important personal endeavor that involves high costs. We currently have no commercial interests outside of non-monetary link exchanges. Our URL exchange program helps promote our forum as well as provides a link resource for our members and guests. Forum Approach In order to give our members relevant information without having to dig through endless pages of posts, our format is keyed to dynamic topic starter posts. The careful updated first topic starters created by our moderators insures that the most recent and/or summarized information on the thread is available at a glance. This method is edit intensive and can have detrimental effects on search engine rankings of this site, however our goal is not to rank #1 with search engines, but to rank #1 with our members and guests as a resource and home base for their Russian Bride endeavors. Unlike many other forums, we do the leg work for you by, jam packing our fourms with relevant off-site links that contain off-site resources such as e-articles, blogs, competing forums info, vids, photos. We encourage our members and guests to use these and other off-site resources that they think are a benefit to them in this endeavor. Please remember that some off-site links maybe connected agencies or profit motivatived, so consider the source before weighing what you read. Guests/Newcomers Guests are encouraged to become members by registering (Please read and understand the 'Terms of Use' before registering). Your free membership will allow you to use the search function, send personal messages (PMs) to other members, view member profiles, as well as other new features to be developed. In your profiles, write only info that you want other members to view. For instructions on how to navigate the site and use all its functions, click on the 'Help" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page. If you do join us, please be courteous enough to make at least one post to introduce yourself. Writing post(s) will help insure that your free membership account will remain active. Starting out For those that are looking for advice, may I suggest to first post in the FIRST STEPS forum and introduce yourself and your general situation. The 'First Steps' is a protected forum which is designed to ease in new members. Any Russian Woman related question can be asked without fear of harsh criticism. As you advance to the other forums, be prepared to be open minded. The opinions and advice may seem counter-intuitive or exaggerated to your thinking of Russian Women. I assure you they are not. From there, make yourself at home. This site is for you to enjoy the experiences of the many that have blazed the trail before you. Feel free to post your experiences and best opinions... perhaps in time your advice as well. It's a small world after all and sites like this help make the world smaller still. !!! Click here to go to the FIRST STEPS forum !!! Our Goal Our goal is to have every member become successful in realizing his dream of a happy life with a FSU/CIS woman. To that end, we provide an open center of communication on the topics of FSU/CIS women. References to Russian and Ukrainian women will often be applicable to most FSU/CIS (since they all shared the culture and are continued to be influenced by each other). Currently our success is not measured in revenue, but in how many members and guests we can help. Become a member to show that our contributions are appreciated. We are operating this site not for profit and we will endeavor to maintain our balance sheet accordingly (this is very easy to do right now). Who am I? First off, I'm not a lawyer. I’m currently working in technology in the Silicon Valley. I have a number of small lambskins and a fist full of awards, yet my greatest joy is spending my life with my Russian wife and family. I have known my wife since 2002. I had spent many months in Russia meeting and dating scores of Russian Women (RW) without the benefit of such a forum. I‘m certain that if I did, I would have been able to save myself a great deal of time, resources and heartache. Previous to the RWP, I have written ~1400 posts as a moderator of a well known Russian Woman forum. Many in this Russian bride forum community know me well. Hidden Treasure The riches in Russia are vast. Once you visit the FSU I'm sure you will agree that their women are incredible and that you will never want for other women again. They can become habit forming in their charm, grace and appeal. IMO, I'm certain that nearly any reasonable man that is armed with the knowledge in these forums will find lasting happiness in a Russian Woman.
