- Posts made through secondary usernames or other aliases.
- Posts which are not related to the forum in which they are posted.
- Cross-posting that impeds the clarity of the forums.
- Posts which breach other member's privacy, (i.e. containing phone numbers, addresses or other personal information).
- Copyright, tradmark, patent and trade secret violations.
RWP Forum(s) Acceptable Use
You agree, by use of these Forum(s), that you will not post any contents or materials which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, abusive, vulgar, inaccurate, hateful, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any statute or law.
You agree to keep Personal Messages (PMs), member's profiles, and other 'for member's only' information out of the publicly viewed forums.
You agree, through your use of this Discussion Forum(s), not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you.
You agree, through your use of the Discussion Forum(s), not to post advertising of any kind in the Forums (with the exception of links or posts in RWP Business Advertising Forums) whether you are a private party or company. RWP reserves the right to determine what material(s) are considered advertising or acceptable for advertising.
RWP also reserves the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a serious complaint or legal action arising from any message or content posted by you. RWP reserves the right to determine what is a serious complaint or legal action.
You agree to monitor the "Terms of Use" regularly. RWP reserves the right to add, change, modify or delete in part or whole any and all portions of this agreement. Your continued access of this site and/or discussion forum(s) will be acknowledgement of the latest "Terms of Use."
Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold RWP, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, moderators, agents, representatives, contractors, designers, sub-contractors, administrators, owners, developers, and employees harmless from any claim(s), including reasonable attorneys' fee(s), made by any third party due to or arising out of content(s) that you submit, post, display, transmit or make available through the Forum(s), your use of the Forum(s), your violation of these terms or the RWP Website Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of others.
