It has come to my attention that pasting or attaching pictures to posts can be a problem. In order to save bandwidth there are some reasonable limits put on picture sizes. Please note the below limits:
For pictures from your computer, use the attachment option (click on the 'Browse' button) in the 'Edit Post' page. Navigate to the picture that you want in your post. If your picture is beyond the size limits, it will not be shown in the post, however a text link will appear. The 'Preview' button will always show a text link regardless of the size of the picture.
Attachments: - Preferred format is '.jpg'
- File Size: Less than or equal to 102,400 bytes
- Picture Width: Less than or equal to 600 pixels
For pictures from the web, use the "image insert" icon to insert a picture directly into your post.
Image Inserts: Use same limits as above.
