For those that have been around the Russian Woman forums and sites for awhile, you are sure to have visited or heard or 'JimsList.com' & 'AgencyScams.com' and the ongoing war that some other sites are engaged in. Jim vows never to post on a forum again, however he would like to get the word out about his side of the story. He has passed this letter on to me to post in his behalf. It is whole and unedited for everyones consideration.

"Jim's side and apologies"
Dan, Jack, Richard, Kevin & all the readers of russian-detective.com
and
Rwprimer.com,
You all know about the squabbling between Dan Xxxxxxxxx, Jack Bragg
and
myself. Here is the time-line that Kevin (the one guy that actually
tried to get peace between us) wanted to know about...(and so everyone
else knows)...
2000-2005 – After making his site, Jim has minor squabbles with Jack
Bragg.
March 31, 2005 – Jim's supposed full name, home address, telephone
number,
work name, address and telephone number appear on
russianwomendiscussion.com. Dan and the mods allow it.
2005-2006 – Jack Bragg attacks and spreads xxxx about Jim on
russianwomendiscussion.com.
2006 – Jim sees ads for a MAJOR xxxx agency on rwd, places it on the
Black
list (agencyscams.com policy) for ONE week. Jim removes it because of
the
uproar.
End of 2006 – Jack Bragg places a gigantic post (containing xxxx,
attacks
and strange theories) about Jim & his sites on
russianwomendiscussion.com.
February 2007 – Dan and Jack make XxxxXxxxXxxxx.com.
In relatiation – Jim adds Dan's & Jack's sites to his Grey List.
February 2007 – guys on rwg talk about CMA. Jimslists.com is
mentioned.
Dan, instead of defending his site and CMA, attacks Jim.
ONE week later, Dan asks for 'peaceful co-existence'.
Jim should remove all mention of Dan & Jack from his sites.
Dan and Jack should do the same.
Jim does it immediately. Dan & Jack do not, and even make changes to
their
sites about Jim.
TWO weeks later, Jim adds Dan & Jack back to his Grey List.
The war escalates.
March 10, 2007, Jim proposes his offer of 'peaceful co-existence' to
Dan.
Jim is to remove all mention of Dan from his 2 sites and vica versa.
After
a week of talks, and the feeling of eminent peace (Dan asking for the
links that are to be removed) Dan says that he will not remove
anything.
Maybe I am wrong, but CO in peaceful co-existence means 2 sides. My
list
of links that I want removed has been called demands, but that word is
not
used for what Jack and Dan want removed.
My idea of fairness – both sides remove all mention of the other. End
of
problem. After that...we let bygones be bygones, agree to disagree and
live and let live. Is this that demanding? And because there are still
lingering issues, I will continue to talk, not argue, with Jack & Dan
about those issues. But as Kevin said, most importantly is remove the
negative remarks.
Jim's apologies...
Dan, I apologize for being a part of something so silly and foul
language.
Jack, I apologize for being part of something so silly and for posting
remarks that might be twisted or not be understood by some.
Richard, I apologize for placing you on a page that was not clearly
explained.
Rwd regulars, I apologize for making you feel that you were the
problems.
It is the opposite, the only good thing about rwd/pl is the posters.
Kevin, I deeply apologize for being part of something that dragged you
into the middle of and worked so hard to rectify, without any result.
You
probably feel disrespected by the 3 of us, but you are the only guy
that,
no doubt, the 3 of us respect.
All readers of my, Dan's & Jack's sites, I apologize for the confusion
that this squabbling has undoubtedly caused. In actuality, most of the
problems with our 3 sites are minor and all 3 of us are actually trying
to
help you. This squabbling had the opposite affect. For that I sincerely
apologize.
OK, that is it. Thanks for your cooperation.
