Volgagirl Under New Management… FYI… As of August of 2006, Volgagirl has a new U.S. owner. Dave Knabel is a retired Air Force Lt Col. With a Masters in Business and has 5 years experience in management in the private sector. He is not just the owner but a client as well. He met his wife through the Volgagirls.
