RW car culture…
Unlike our local RW counterparts, there is no RW car culture to speak of. Almost all RW are not raised with the expectations of driving let alone owning a car. A RWs daily world is pretty much confined to how far they can go by bus and how far their legs will take them. If the local family is large enough there is perhaps one member that owns a car. Almost for sure this member will be a RM. Besides, dealing with car maintenance and repair are man things.
Currently, there is a small but growing middle class that is sprouting in the major cities. With the rising RW affluence, a car culture will no doubt develop among RW. However, it will be some time before it takes root. In the mean time, those RW that are blazing trails into the car world should be advised about car safety (note lite cigarrette in hand).
Perhaps you maybe asking yourself, “What does this topic have to do with me?” It’s a big deal if you’re expecting your future RWife to be braving the streets here. Everything that has to do with car driving will have to be done thoroughly and carefully (not like in this clip). It often can be overwhelming to a RW. Either pay attention now to her needs or pay dearly later to the tune of a couple totaled vehicles and sky high insurance premiums. If a RW has difficulties driving in Russia or the Ukraine (added 07/07) , then the same will be true anywhere else.
