We have to stop these obvious scam agencies. They are making hundreds of thousands of dollars every month from the office staff or girls who are hired to write letters of video chat.

anastasia-international.com also owns scanna.com and anastasiaweb.com – this is the biggest scam in Russian dating. They are located in Maine.

dream-marriage.com – this is a copy version of anastasia-international.com. They are located in California.

hotrussianbrides.com also owns russianlovematch.com – they are located in Florida.

Jim at agencyscams.com is calling for all men to join in the class action lawsuits against these companies. (Regardless of your opinion of Jim and his sites, we all need to band together to put a stop to these blatant criminals. We all know that they are huge scammers.)

As Jim says, it does not matter if you spent $100 or $1000 at these agencies, you WERE scammed. And even if you met someone nice and EVEN married her, you WERE scammed. By scammed, I mean to say that you had letters in your inbox that were not sent by the girls. In the case of hotrussianbrides.com, the girls that you were chatting with were hired to talk to you. They were not there to meet anyone.

Why will these lawsuits work now, when a lawsuit against anastasiaweb.com in the past did not work? The previous lawsuit did not have enough plaintiffs. This time, with some coordination, we will get enough plaintiffs for EACH agency.

But the main reason that these lawsuits will be a success and these agencies will pay for their fraud is that the plaintiffs will include Russian GIRLS!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is what is happening....

anastasia-international.com – Russian girls are finding that their profiles are being used without their permission. There are many girls that are genuinely looking for love, and they are also being scammed by the agencies. Jim also told me that he has reports of guys that meet girls and tell guys about the hired girls that write letters. Jim and agency owners have contacts in Russia and Ukraine to find these girls and get statements.

dream-marriage.com – it is exactly the same since this agency is just a model copy of anastasia-international.com

hotrussianbrides.com – Russian girls that are being hired to chat to guys are not getting paid. They argue and get fired. If the threaten problems, the agency points out that they have the girls' profiles and ID documents, and will cause much more problems for the girls. So, the girls stay quiet.

With these girls involved in the lawsuits, there is NO way that we can lose.

There is a post in Russian on Russian forums to find these girls to help in the lawsuits.

This a call to ALL men that have ever spent one cent at these agencies. Get involved, it won't cost you anything. We need each other to help each other.

I beg you to contact those men who are spearheading this action. More is power. The scam agencies have survived this long because we can't come together as a team. Well, let's do it.

Just found this site.

Count me in on the Class Action.

I was scammed by Hot Russian Brides filed a complaint with FL Consumer Services Division went back and forth with Romantic Tours Inc (RTI) case was closed unresolved.  Told me to talk to an attorney which I did, but she told me RTI has got a great scam going and there is not much I can do.

She did suggest I find out who watches over the International Marriage Broker Act and contact them stating RTI is committing fraud.  I have not done yet, but will.

I've got a lot of evidence of fraud perpetrated by RTI be more than happy to share it.

Please let me know who is spear heading this class action lawsuit against RTI, so i can contact them.

Thanks,

Percolator

I have no doubt that people are being scammed, thats why I don't chat.  It's pretty easy to see the real women from the fakes in my opinion.  It seems like a game of cat and mouse.  One girl I met on Dream Marriage is coming to the states to work for a few months.  I am hoping to meet her and get the scoop on the site.  I do think they have to put in so much time in chat to help "pay" for thier ad.  I am not 100% sure but it seems that way.

This time, with some coordination, we will get enough plaintiffs for EACH agency........................................................................................................................

This is not quite correct. The previous lawsuit, 2004, had plenty of plaintiffs, even an attorney who was working for a percentage of the results.   This lawsuit ended when a fellow in England, John Watt's, let the cat out of the bag as to the lawsuit before everything was filed, thus telling A-Web in advance what was coming. The attorney was furious and dropped out of the case.

Once the information was let out and A-Web heard of the lawsuit the next week they moved the letter part of the operation to Moscow, beyond the long arms of American law and posted an anti-scam link onto the Anastasia site, at the urging of Anastasia lawyers.

I use HotRussianBrides and haven't experienced any of the scams you speak of. The girls are great, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is beyond the best.

These russian dating sites are BUSINESSES so course they make money. If you could meet gorgeous russian and ukrianian women on your own with no help than the russian dating industry wouldn't even exist.

There may be some girls who are scandalous (there are in every country) but any man with a brain can spot them right away.

There are ways to safely and effectively date good girls on HotRussianBrides.com.

Hi Dave,

You're absolutely right.  I live in UK and find that Dream Marriage is the worst scam going, and their arrogance is without limits.

If you query what goes on (as I have several times) they either refuse to answer your questions or react offensively and ignorantly.

Example, one of my questions to them: How is it I log in and instantly there are a number of women already shown as waiting to Chat with me? This would appear impossible.

DM answer : Some of our women don't speak or read English, so may not understand what's written in your profile. :?

Another question asked: How can these women (students, managers, doctors, etc) work or study or take care of family all day, then be awake every night at their computers to allegedly chat with men? And why is it women on the site don't seem to write letters at night, only in the day?

DM responses : If you don't like the system, you are free to cancel your profile and leave this site! (Lovely, professional attitude)

These so-called Customer Service personnel within DM (named Jeana, Carla, etc) wouldn't be employable in any reputable company in the UK, and it baffles me how they can operate in USA with impunity.

Is there a bribe going on with US Government recipients of money from this set-up to turn a blind eye, I wonder?

Just my 10 cents,

My experience with Dream Marriage and HRB is exactly as described by pretty much everyone above. They are fake to the core and I can't understand how they are allowed to operate.

I actually found Anastasia date to be quite different. I don't know if their management has changed in the last year or so, but I used their service for a while and met everyone I wanted to meet. Some dates came off some not, and some of the girls were more serious than others, but the company reps who were with me were 100% professional and sorted out all my little problems.

I just want to say that there is a difference between Anastasia and DM and HRB. I think with anastasia you really have a chance to meet someone. Don't expect miracles, be realistic, but from all the billboards and advertising that I saw while I was in Ukraine, then all the "normal" girls who are looking for a US husband are likely to be on Anastasia Date.

I would not join a lawsuit even if such a thing exists which to be honest I doubt. To you guys who are thinking about it, just make sure that you are not asked to put money upfront.

It is a real shame that we seem to be the subject of so much scam, maybe because we are slightly naive or just so focused on finding a beautiful wife from Ukraine, we seem to be blind or at least put up with a level of scam, and even seem to attract it. While I did find some level of corruption in Ukraine, I can't put it down to Anastasia who showed a genuine desire to get me hooked up. As they said themselves, without success stories we wouldn't be able to stay in business. What I would warn about though is being scammed by the people who are pedaling law suits. Perhaps they think that we are all easy targets. I don't know. All I will say is stay vigilant and be careful of anyone asking for your money - especially if they are a lawyer.

Hello, My name is Simon Dent. I became aware of the level of corruption in the Ukraine involving dating agencies when informed of my friends' interview with Anastasia. His name is Sergei Danelevich. He was looking for work in Kiev and interviewed with Anastasia. He was told he would review and learn the details of several "girls" represented by Anastasia. His next objective would be to write letters to foreign men in the hopes of getting them to spend money writing back to his alter egos. His daily goal was to write 100 letters to men. He would have been back charged for anything less than 100 letters. I think he said 30 uah for each letter below his goal.

This illustrates the level of deceit perpetuated by Anastasia type agencies. I had used Anastasia before I learned of this activity. I always thought it was odd when I had over 500 letters from Russian/Ukrainian girls in my inbox...

I fell for the pretty pictures and the nice stories of lonely girls looking for a husband because they did not like the men of their country.

I hope in some small way this will help "the cause". Feel free to contact me if I can be of more assistance.

Sincerely,
Simon Dent

The issue at hand is Dream Marriage for real or a scam?
The answer to this question is YES Dream Marriage is indeed a SCAM and a FRAUD.
Gentlemen, please stay away from this scam site because they will rip you off!
I was involved with this site as a member for several months and because of my Russian background I got to speak with the people who work there as well as numerous women in RUSSIAN. so listen up - here is the inside scoop.

This fraudulent company is based in Carson City Nevada with affiliates in Texas as well as many local affiliates in the Ukraine.
The couple who runs this company resides in the U.S. but has many ties to the Russian mob. This information was made known to me by a Russian woman named Valentina who works in customer service.

First and Foremost. The intent of this company is to make as much money by ripping off its customers by not only misrepresenting itself as a bridal arrangement company but by charging enormous fees to its members. The whole business plan of this company rests on the strategy of misleading its members and making them believe that they are really going to meet a gorgeous Russian or Ukrainian bride.

Dream Marriage's real game plan is to fool their members into thinking that they have found someone. The members then spend a fortune in communicating with the girls  as well as buying them very expensive gifts.

Before we examine how their system works, let us remember that the economy in the Ukraine is virtually non existent. The only thing they do have is beautiful women like no other country. So the end result is a lot of gorgeous girls who have no jobs and need money desperately. Enter Dream Marriage. They hire the girls to write to men.

Here is how their system works. As soon as a gentlemen joins this website they are flooded with numerous emails from beautiful woman. In no time they are sending personal stories complete with beautiful pictures in various stages of undress. In no time the women claim that they are in love with you and are ready to come to America as your beautiful jaw dropping bride. Dream Marriage already charges ridiculous rates for monthly membership rights measured in the number of messages one is able to write to women. So in no time one runs out of their quota of letters and you wind up spending more money to be able to continue to write to the girls.

Now the gifts themselves are another ripoff as Dream Marriages charges fess and prices that are obscene.
Since these girls get paid by the number of letters they write it is to their advantage to pick up a couple of boyfriends or Johns who write to them on a daily basis as well as send them various gifts. So this becomes a very profitable operation for Dream Marriage as well as the girls. Another way for the girls and Dream Marriage is to make a lot of money is to drag you into a chat rooms. This is basically an online and real time communication feature where you could see the girls on a small screen. Dream Marriage falsely claims that they charge for this feature is a dollar a minute. In reality this costs two dollars a minute. Another lie and a ripoff.

Yet another misrepresentation Dream Marriage makes is the chart of membership rights or the number of letters you can write the girls. This also is a misrepresentation and a lie.
You are fooled into believing that you have a certain quota of letters or messages that you can write per month and then suddenly before you come anywhere near this number they ask you for more money.

Now I happen to be a wealth American who speaks fluent Russian so one would figure the girls would love to chat with me live using another very expensive feature. This option allows you to talk to the girl live as well as see her on a tiny screen. As soon as the girls found out I spoke Russian they ran for the hills in fear of me asking some pointed questions. I managed to coax some girls into talking to me in Russian and it is here that they revealed that they were being paid by Dream Marriage and had no intention of meeting me.

Finally, the final goal is to spend a lot of money for a particular girl because you are rewarded with her contact information. You get her address and phone number and you could actually call her using your local phone company.
Now as soon as this happens you no longer need to go through their system and the girls are stopped being paid! In every instance instead of finally being able to talk to me they all told me to take a hike.

Finally for those who go to the Ukraine to meet their girls, the results are disastrous. There are countless of examples where the girls fail to show up because they have no intention of coming to America. They were just acting like prostitutes to get paid for writing to you.

So guys grow up and stay away from this site, it is nothing but a SCAM!

I have spent plenty at Dream Marriage and am convinced of being scammed. After spending time corresponding you will notice differences in replies not being written from the same persons. And after allowing membership to expire for a few months and then renewing you get some of the same intro letters from women you corresponded with earlier like it is the first contact. A few women I actually purchased personal info, after many letters and photo exchanged, and then when you want to correspond outside of DM their interest ends completely, except you may get continued letters at DM hoping you will keep writing so they can get more money. The place is a huge fraud!
