Hot Spots have popped up in the 100s of thousands in the States. The same thing is occurring in, of all places, Moscow. Unlikely as it my sound, there are more and more places that have hot spots in this capital of Russia. Many are in popular restaurants, bars, clubs and hotels. I found lots of wifi hot spots all over Moscow when I last visited(about 1 year ago). In St. Petersburg though this was not really the case. In St. Petersburg wifi could be found at a few cafes, restaurants and hotels. At internet cafes there was wifi but you usually always had to pay by the hour to use it!!
