The K-1 Checklist is now in an attachment. It is a 2 page Word formated document.
8/07 - There maybe additional procedures that are a result of the developing decisions on the Umbra Laws. These are not listed in the checklist, however items in the Fiance Petition have been expanded and added to accommodate much of this. If you are using an agency, consult with them for additional guidance.
