There is a Russian Woman, idid at RWG claiming DCFs are possible and happening in the American Embassy in Moscow. They are going through in 2 mos. I am pretty sure she ment from Zags Marriage to completion of medical and interview. Any supporting evidence or contary evidence, for this claim? Joe

JPjr, DCFs are not a common petition. This implies that the one is a US citizen living overseas or has married abroad. IIRC, the Russian Embassy temporarily stopped accepting DCFs (for US citizens living in Russia , but that was ~ two years ago. Have not heard them changing that. Link: What is a DCF? Ronin P.S. Since then I have heard of others doing DCFs. No sure if that is for all US citizens that have married in Russia Last edited on Friday October 20th, 2006 05:20 am by ronin1 |
