Ron, what is the Signed Service Agrrement? I am about to compleat the I-129F Petition and am using the checklist.

JPjr, This checklist came directly from a K-1 Visa service agency. As such, for you, there is no service agreement since you are getting this checklist... free as a courtesy of the RussianWomenPrimer.com. Yes, it would be faster in Vermont, however it would be best to go by region to avoid the possibility of a foul-up. Ronin P.S. Russell, Yes, make sure that you keep a copy set for you reference, in case there is a snag. Also, bare in mind that this check sheet is a few years old. Much has changed since then and therefore it may not be completely accurate or complete. For instance, I know that there is some additional documentation that maybe needed to comply with the IMBRA laws. Also, the fees have increases. Other than that it is still an good start.
