The paper work, is complete and on it's way to TX. I wish I could have sent it to Vermont.

JPjr,

This checklist came directly from a K-1 Visa service agency.  As such, for you, there is no service agreement since you are getting this checklist... free as a courtesy of the RussianWomenPrimer.com.

Yes, it would be faster in Vermont, however it would be best to go by region to avoid the possibility of a foul-up.

Ronin

P.S.  If things go well or there are problems in the processing of your petition, let us know.

Russell,

Yes,  make sure that you keep a copy set for you reference, in case there is a snag.

Also, bare in mind that this check sheet is a few years old.  Much has changed since then and therefore it may not be completely accurate or complete.  For instance, I know that there is some additional documentation that maybe needed to comply with the IMBRA laws.  Also, the fees have increases.

Other than that it is still an good start.

Good Luck in your petition and let us know how the process goes.

Ronin
